CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings are subject to a 48 hour cancellation period. Any bookings cancelled within 48 hours will incur the full charge of the booking. Changes can be made prior to this 48 hour period at no charge. Please call us on 0477 049 499 or 0428 226 518 if you need to make any changes or to cancel your booking.

PAYMENTS

For any bookings made over the phone, credit/debit card details will be held until the booking has been fulfilled and payment has been made.

No charges will be made unless there is a breach of our cancellation policy.

Credit/debit card payments at the studio incur a 1.9% surcharge.

Credit/debit card payments made over the phone incur a 2.2% surcharge.

Bookings for recording require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

HOUSE RULES

The studio MUST be left in the same condition when you leave as when you enter or a $30 cleaning fee will be charged to you. 

Any equipment damaged or broken must be paid for by the client.

You have a 5 minute Grace Period at the end of your booked time to have the studio vacated. For any extra time you are in the room you will incur an extra charge to the value of 30 minutes.

You may not enter the room prior to your booked time unless permission given by staff on site.
